John and I left for Las Vegas last Thursday morning (Aus time) and arrived in the US on Thursday morning (US time).  It still amazes me how we can “fly through time” like that!   We had a pretty good trip over here, even though the plane left Sydney 2 and a half hours later than it should have!

When we got to Tahiti, we got off the plane, went through the check out, they gave us a boarding pass, and we went straight onto another plane.  The passengers on that plane had been waiting for over an hour for us to arrive.  We were late landing in Los Angelos and a few people missed their connecting flight.  John and I rushed off the plane, got through customs and all the finger print taking as quickly as possible, then almost ran with all our baggage to Terminal 1 – South West Airlines, to catch the plane to Vegas.  We made it with 10 minutes to spare.  That was a bit stressful!!  

I will write later with news about the convention, which was fantastic!!
